About Us

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Firefly S’mores is a gourmet dessert food truck inspired by the timeless tradition of roasting marshmallows around a campfire. We specialize in handcrafted s’mores made fresh on the truck, combining classic campfire flavors with creative twists using cookies, candy bars, ice cream, and other sweet surprises.

Our goal is simple: bring people together through a nostalgic treat everyone loves while adding a little imagination to every bite. From festivals and community events to weddings and private gatherings, Firefly S’mores creates a fun, memorable dessert experience wherever the truck goes.

Our Story

Firefly S’mores was born from the glow of campfires and the magic of family tradition. For over 45 years, our family has gathered every summer at Firefly Lake in northern Wisconsin — a place where laughter, late nights, and gooey marshmallows have always gone hand in hand.

When we dreamed up Firefly S’mores, we wanted to capture that same feeling — the warmth of the campfire, the sparkle of creativity, and the joy of sharing something simple but extraordinary. Our food truck brings those moments to life through a thoughtfully crafted menu of gourmet s’mores, from the classics you know and love to imaginative twists featuring cookies, candy bars, ice cream, and other sweet surprises.

But Firefly S’mores isn’t just about dessert — it’s about the experience. The truck itself is part of the story: a retro-inspired beauty with an orange strobe light that flickers like the fireflies dancing around a summer bonfire. When the light’s on, you know the magic is happening — a sign that something special (and delicious) is being created inside.

At Firefly S’mores, we celebrate both nostalgia and innovation — connecting generations through a treat that never goes out of style and reimagining it for new memories to come. Whether you find us at a community event, wedding, or festival, we invite you to stop by, savor a perfectly crafted s’more, and share in the glow.

Field Guide to The Perfect Fire

A great fire doesn’t start big. It starts small, with the right foundation and a little patience. Build it slowly, give it air, and let it find its rhythm. Too much too fast and it burns out. Too little and it never catches. But when it’s built right, it becomes something steady, warm, and lasting—the kind of fire people gather around.
